An oxyhydrogen generator is one part of a larger operating system. Efena reviews the host equipment, site conditions and intended use before recommending a configuration or installation pathway.
Host equipment review
We evaluate the burner or process equipment, fuel train, controls, operating range and available connection points.
Operating environment
Ventilation, electrical service, working clearances, local conditions and applicable requirements inform the project design.
Configured integration
Gas delivery, injection location, monitoring and shutdown behavior are selected for the specific application—not assumed from a generic layout.

Depending on the application and configuration, the system may incorporate multiple independent protection measures from generation through delivery.
HHO gas flashback protection
Flame arresting elements help prevent a flashback from traveling through the HHO gas line toward the generator.
HHO gas reverse-flow prevention
Redundant check-valve arrangements can help prevent unwanted reverse flow of HHO gas toward the generator.
Pressure management
Pressure sensing and relief components support operation within the configured range.
Gas conditioning
Bubbling and moisture-control stages can condition the gas before delivery.
Compatible materials
Stainless-steel components and selected seals, tubing and fittings are used according to service conditions.

On-demand generation
Efena systems generate oxyhydrogen as it is needed for the process, avoiding bulk storage of the generated gas. This design principle reduces stored gas inventory, but it does not eliminate the need for proper safeguards, ventilation, installation and operating procedures.

Current status: Efena’s engineering and compliance-development process references relevant safety principles and requirements from ISO 22734, NFPA 2 and applicable electrical standards.
The Electrolyzer W is not presented here as ISO certified or regulator-approved. Accredited testing and formal certification remain pending, and project requirements may vary by jurisdiction and application.
