THE PROJECT PATHWAY
Seven stages, with review gates along the way
The sequence may vary by project. Advancement to a later stage depends on technical fit, available information, commercial alignment and applicable site requirements.
Technical Takeoff
The customer or project representative submits equipment, fuel, operating, site and contact information, including photographs where available.
Information intake
Application Review
Efena reviews the host equipment and operating environment, identifies missing information and determines whether further evaluation is appropriate.
Initial fit review
Preliminary Configuration
For suitable opportunities, the team develops a preliminary integration concept covering capacity, gas delivery, safeguards, controls and installation considerations.
Engineering concept
Proposal and Project Scope
The proposal defines equipment, services, assumptions, customer responsibilities, commercial terms and the information still required before deployment.
Commercial alignment
Site Preparation and Installation
The responsible parties confirm site readiness, utilities, mounting, ventilation, interfaces and applicable local requirements before installation proceeds.
Controlled deployment
Commissioning and Training
The installed system is checked for intended operating behavior, responsible personnel are trained and inspection and maintenance expectations are established.
Operational handoff
Measurement and Ongoing Support
Where included in scope, operating data is reviewed under defined comparison conditions. Support and maintenance follow the agreed project documentation.
