Optimizing Rankine Cycle Efficiency with Efena’s Electrolyzer W HHO Energy Systems
The Electrolyzer W system enhances power generation by integrating with a Rankine Cycle, optimizing boiler water heating through the conversion of chemical energy from HHO gas. This process improves the efficiency of steam production for turbines, resulting in more effective electricity generation and higher energy efficiency. The system also offers lower operating costs, sustainability by eliminating fossil fuel dependence, and broad industrial application.

Rankine Cycle with HHO
Below is summary of our optimization using a Rankine Cycle. We are optimizing a Rankine Cycle by using HHO (Hydrogen-Hydrogen-Oxygen) gas to heat water in a boiler. The HHO gas, produced through electrolysis, provides a high-temperature heat source. This heated water is then converted into steam, which is directed through a turbine. The turbine’s mechanical energy is subsequently converted into electrical energy via a generator.
